  • A quarter hog will yield 40lbs of pork. All of our pork is USDA inspected, vacuum sealed, and labeled.

    Cuts include:

    • Bacon (medium thickness) - [Approx. 6lbs]

    • Smoked Ham steaks - [Approx. 8lbs]

    • Chops (Bone-in) - [Approx. 8lbs]

    • Shoulder/Loin roast (Pulled pork) - [Approx. 6lbs]

    • Fresh ground pork - [Approx. 12lbs]

  • All of our pork is:

    • Rotationally grazed - For healthy and happy pigs

    • Fed local, organic feed from a regenerative farm - For your health, soil health, and to support local agriculture

    • Free from antibiotics - For your health
