The heart behind our farm
A strong connection to nature and deep appreciation for food are at the heart of our work at Cattail Farm. We’re on a journey using regenerative agriculture to give our animals the best life, restore our land to a thriving ecosystem, and provide our community with nutritious and delicious food.
About our pork
We raise our hogs outdoors in forests and pastures, where they can root, wallow, and roam freely in fresh air and sunshine. Their movable electric fencing is rotated weekly onto fresh ground, keeping the pigs healthy while naturally improving soil health and encouraging diverse plant growth.
Our feed comes from a local certified organic farm that practices regenerative agriculture, supporting the local economy and ensuring clean, nourishing pork.
Together, these practices produce delicious, high-quality pork you can feel good about eating.
