Ordering a custom share of meat is often confusing. We make it easy with a few simple steps:

First - Add to cart (1 per half) then fill out the online order form

Second - Proceed to checkout to complete your reservation and pay

Third - We take it from there! We’ll place the order with the butcher, pay for processing, box up your order, and arrange pickup or delivery. You’ll receive an invoice from us for the final payment.

  • A half hog will yield 80lbs of pork. All of our pork is USDA inspected, vacuum sealed, and labeled.

    Cuts include:

    • Bacon (sliced to your liking) - [Approx. 10lbs]

    • Ham (prepared to your liking) - [Approx. 18lbs]

    • Chops (Bone-in) - [Approx. 16lbs]

    • Ribs (Optional) - [Approx. 4lbs]

    • Shoulder/Loin roast (Pulled pork) - [Approx. 10lbs]

    • Ground pork / Sausage (Five options to choose from) - [Approx. 22lbs]

      • Fresh Ground

      • Breakfast sausage - Ground

      • Spicy Italian sausage - Ground

      • Sweet Italian sausage - Ground

  • All of our pork is:

    • Rotationally grazed - For healthy and happy pigs

    • Fed local, organic feed from a regenerative farm - For your health, soil health, and to support local agriculture
