A half hog will yield 80lbs of pork and will take up approximately 4 cubic feet in your freezer

Payments are split into three parts:
First - Add to cart, fill out the online order form, proceed to checkout to complete your order and pay. This payment represents one third your total cost.
Second - Pay invoice #2 - June 2026 we’ll send an invoice for the second payment, another third of your total cost.
Third - Pay invoice #3 and enjoy! - Sept. 2026 we’ll send an invoice for the third payment. Once we receive payment, the final third of your total cost, we place the order with the butcher, arrange processing, pickup from the butcher, and deliver your order.

Why three payments? - This spreads out the cost for you and supports our business similar to a CSA model
What if I need to cancel my order? - We understand that life happens! We offer a full refund for those who cancel prior to payment #3. In this event, we appreciate referrals to help sell your canceled share
Do you take special requests? - If you order a custom share, then yes! We work with a great butcher who is very flexible. Please make these requests in your order form and note that there may be additional charges based on your request.
How will my order be delivered? - We will schedule a delivery time and ask that you be present in order to transfer meat to a freezer. If you are not available for delivery please pick-up your order. We do not ship product

In 2026 we are partnering with Washington County at Lake Elmo Park Reserve to enhance 5 acres of grassland. Our hogs will be used in place of chemicals or plowing to root up invasive species so that native grasses can be reestablished.
When you order pork in 2026 you’ll not only be getting the highest-quality local meat, you’ll be supporting this stewardship effort.
